These terms govern your use of musicpod classic (the “Service”), a free click-wheel music experience by Illusion Art AI Private Limited (“Illusion Art”, “we”, “us”).

What the Service is
musicpod classic is a nostalgic, full-screen click-wheel music player and this accompanying website. The website is a cinematic, scroll-driven demonstration. The native iPhone app plays music through Apple Music via MusicKit on your device. The product is offered at no charge: there is no musicpod account, no in-app purchase, and no advertising in the app or on this site.
Who these terms apply to
By opening this website or installing the iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be old enough to use Apple Music (and any optional library source you enable) under those providers’ own rules.
No login with us
Illusion Art does not create user accounts, passwords, or profiles for musicpod. You do not register with us to browse this site or to use the free app. Playback on iPhone uses the Apple ID and Apple Music subscription already on your device. Optional Spotify or YouTube Music library matching, when those buttons are present in a given build, uses those companies’ sign-in flows — not a musicpod account.
Music, libraries, and third-party services
- We do not sell, license, or host a music catalog. Songs play through Apple’s MusicKit / Apple Music on hardware you control.
- Spotify and YouTube Music, if enabled in Settings, are used only to read saved tracks or playlists and match them to Apple Music catalog titles. They do not stream through those services inside musicpod. Unmatched songs are skipped.
- Apple, Spotify, Google, and other providers have their own terms. Your use of those services is between you and them. musicpod is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Apple Inc. It is not an iPod.
The website
This site is provided so you can see the product. It loads animation frames and scripts from the same site. It is free to view. We may change, pause, or take down the site without notice.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only in ways that are lawful and consistent with Apple Music (and any other source you connect). Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or use it to infringe others’ rights in recordings or artwork.
Intellectual property
The musicpod name, tagline “Nostalgia for Shared Experiences,” device chrome, this website, and related original artwork and code are owned by Illusion Art or its licensors. Third-party marks (including Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube) remain their owners’ property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the free app and site as provided — not to copy the product, brand, or assets for your own commercial player.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is.” Playback depends on your device, network, Apple Music entitlement, and (if used) third-party APIs. We do not promise uninterrupted service, complete library matching, offline downloads beyond what Apple already provides, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, Illusion Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or listening time, arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
